The Salt Fork YMCA Adult Soccer League offers recreation, fitness, competition and skill development for adults seeking a fun way to stay fit and connected. Soccer can be a great workout and lots of fun!

• This co-ed league is open for ages 16+, with parents’ permission.
• Games played on Saturday afternoons starting at 1:00pm
• 7v7 format; 6 field players and 1 keeper.
• 15 players max
• Teams to wear matching color shirts with numbers.
• Two, 20-minute periods and games will be officiated.
• Team Captain required (18+).

This outdoor league will consist of 2 groups of pool play followed by a double-elimination tournament.
