The YMCA Adult Outdoor Soccer League features a 7v7 format, offering a fun and competitive environment for adult players. Teams compete in regular matches played on outdoor fields, with each team consisting of seven players, including a goalkeeper. The league focuses on fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship, and is designed for players of various skill levels to enjoy the game in a social, yet competitive setting. League Games:
Saturday afternoons at 2 PM
*Rain makeup days on Sundays

  • Team Captain Required (18+)
  • Max Roster size of 15 players; only 1 team per player
  • Matching color shirts with numbers required
