Youth Sports & Agility

Designed for the young athlete or any youth with the desire to stay active. Our coaches will push each athlete to achieve their personal goals and show them the techniques of physical fitness that will foster a healthy attitude toward exercise. Our classes will focus on improvement in strenght, conditioning, speed, and agility.

  • Increase Strenght & Conditioning
  • Develop Speed & Acceleration
  • Improve Lateral Movement & Agility
  • Enhance Vertical Jump & Explosiveness
  • Improve Flexibility through Stretching 
  • Maximize Overall Athleticism
  • Train Leadership & Mental Toughness


Program Dates: October 18th – November 24th

Program Times: Monday & Wednesday

                          5:30 – 6:15 PM

Early Bird Deadline: Wednesday, October 13th

Early Bird Fee: Member $30

                        Community Member $50

Program Fee: Member $40
