Gymnastics lessons for kids and families focus on enhancing basic body movement, coordination, and muscle development. The Y Offers gymnastics for beginners to advanced levels.  

2022 Session Dates:

Classes Beginning: Session I - September 13th - October 13th

                                      Session II - October 25th - November 17th

Program Cost:

Early Bird Rate:    Member $30 / Community Member: $60 
Early Bird deadline: Wednesday before program begins

Diaper Gym/Tiny Tumblers (steady walkers - 2 years)
This is a 30 minute, lightly structured, combined class which involves parent participation. Children will explore a variety of movement activities with the emphasis on motor development skills and basic gymnastics. 
Day/Times: Tuesday 10:00 - 10:45 am or 4:30 - 5:15 pm

Live Y’ers (3 - 4 years) 
Children explore basic skills of tumbling, bars, beam, and developmental skills such as hopping, jumping, skipping and throwing.
Day/Times: Tuesday 9:15 - 10:00 am or 5:15 - 6:00 pm 
                                                               6:00 - 6:45 pm

Junior Jumpers (5 - 6 years)
Children learn and experience the basic skills of tumbling, vault, bars, beam & developmental skills in an exciting & enjoyable way.
Day/Times: Tuesday 5:15 - 6:00 pm or 6:00 - 6:45 pm

Rollers (6 years & up)
This class will lay a foundation for all progressive classes. This will include improving developmental skills and adding more advanced forms including cartwheel, round off, and handstand.
Day/Times: Thursday 4:30 - 5:30 pm or 5:30 - 6:30 pm 

Swingers (7 years and up)
Gymnasts will continue to build a strong background of skills and improve on the execution of learned skills. This class is for children who have passed Rollers and can execute a cartwheel, round off, and handstand.
Day/Times: Thursday 4:30 - 5:30 pm or 5:30 - 6:30 pm
