Beast Mode - A cardio class based on max interval training that makes the most of the time you spend working out. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance and core training. No equipment or weights needed. You don't have to be in extreme shape - levels of each exercise are provided. Time to dig deep!
30 minute class – M/W 5:00 – 5:30 pm

Twist & Tone- A blend of Yoga & Pilates geared for all fitness levels.
45 Minute Class- Thursday 9:00 -9:45 am

Zumba Dance Mix - This high-energy class fuses latin, hip-hop, raggaeton, and jazz dance styles for a fun-filled and dynamic dance experience. Whether you’re looking to enhance flexibility, tone muscles, or improve your dance skills, Zumba Dance Mix delivers something for everyone.
60 minute class – T/TH 6:00 – 7:00 pm

Express Yoga Sculpt- is a high energy yoga flow class with weights (which are optional). Fun music will accompany our growth in health, strength, and balance. All levels welcome.

Boot Camp- A high intensity workout using a combination of military-style calisthenics, athletic drills, and low-level plyometrics, all in one class!
Instructor: Dr. Jack Uhrig, MD
Day: Monday and Wednesday
Time: 6:30pm

Line Dancing-Get your heart rate up while having fun experiencing all the newest dance steps while practicing the old-time classics.

Day: Monday/Wednesday/Thursday @ 10am

Toning Fitness Ball- This class will emphasize strength training and high repetitions to help you reach your fitness goals. It will help develop your major muscle groups, and help increase your kinesthetic awareness. Also it incorporates a lot of functional movements that will help strengthen your core and improve stability muscles.

P.O.W.(Power On Weights)- This class is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It's a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. This 30 minute class uses a step platform, a bar and a set of weights.

Zumba with a Beat- Latin based dance moved to popular dances tunes fused with drum stick toning sets.

Time: 5:30pm

Step Interval- Incorporate intervals of movements on and around a step with other exercises and activities for a total-body workout that maximizes your results. Enchance your cardio endurance, strength, coordination and balance in this fast-pace class.

Yoga-- Combines posture, breathing, and focus. Promotes strength, flexibility, stamina, balance and deep relaxation of mind and body.

Butts and Guts- The name says it all for 30 minutes of core work.

Day: Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 5:30pm

Zumba/Dance Fitness-- Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.
