FREE and available to all YMCA members! These classes are for Members Only and are included with your membership!

Express Yoga- This 30-minute mindful yoga class incorporates a more gentle practice mixed with restorative poses while focusing on breath, functional movement and guided meditation. Perfect for those new to yoga or anyone looking for a way to slow down and release stress mid-day. Ohmmmmm.

Day: Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 12:15pm

Fusion Fitness- High intensity, short burst circuit training class. We will spend 30 minutes exerting energy, working together, and getting our blood pumping. Jumpstart your routine or intensify an existing one. This class will offer stations of cardio, strength, plyometric, and core training focus. Maximize calorie burning and total body training!

Day: Tuesday and Thursday 
Time: 5:15am

Body Blast- A cardio class based on max interval training that makes the most of the time you spend working out. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. We encourage you to use weights throughout this class. You do not have to be in extreme shape -- levels of each exercise are provided. Time to dig deep!

Express Yoga Sculpt- is a high energy yoga flow class with weights (which are optional). Fun music will accompany our growth in health, strength, and balance. All levels welcome.
Instructor: Elizabeth Bellamy
Day: Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 5:00 - 5:30pm (Outside on the lawn)

Boot Camp- A high-intensity workout using a combination of military-style callisthenics, athletic drills, and low-level plyometrics, all in one class!
Instructor: Dr. Jack Uhrig, MD
Day: Monday and Wednesday
Time: 6:30pm

Line Dancing-Get your heart rate up while having fun experiencing all the newest dance steps while practicing the old-time classics.

Day: Wednesday @ 10am

Fitness Ball- This class will emphasize strength training and high repetitions to help you reach your fitness goals. It will help develop your major muscle groups and help increase your kinesthetic awareness. Also, it incorporates a lot of functional movements that will help strengthen your core and improve stability muscles.

Zumba with a Beat- Latin based dance moved to popular dances tunes fused with drum stick toning sets.

Time: 5:30pm

Step Interval- Incorporate intervals of movements on and around a step with other exercises and activities for a total-body workout that maximizes your results. Enhance your cardio endurance, strength, coordination and balance in this fast-paced class.

Yoga-- Combines posture, breathing, and focus. Promotes strength, flexibility, stamina, balance and deep relaxation of mind and body.

Dance Fitness-- Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.
