Group Cycling
FREE and available to YMCA Members only!
Cycling is a great way to exercise and improve your cardiovascular endurance. We offer classes for all levels.
Level I- This beginner class is for those new to cycling or those who haven't worked out for a while. This class is a 30-minute class.
Level II- If you want to push it a little bit and get your heart rate up, this 45-minute Intermediate class is for you.
Level III- If you want to challenge yourself and get down to business, then this Advanced 45 minute class is for you.
Class Dates and Times:
Tuesday and Wednesday: 8:00 AM
Monday and Wednesday: 12:15 PM / 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM
