Cycling is a great way to exercise and improve your cardiovascular endurance.  We offer classes for all levels.

Level I- This beginner class is for those new to cycling or those who haven't worked out for a while.  This class is a 30 minute class.

Level II-  If you want to push it a little bit and get your heart rate up, this 45 minute Intermediate class is for you.

Level III- If you want to challenge yourself and get down to business, then this Advanced 45 minute class is for you.

 

Class Dates and Times:

Monday and Wednesday          12:15pm       Level III

Monday, Wednesday                 5:30pm       Level I-II

Tuesday and Thursday              4:45pm       Level II-III

Saturday                                  8:30am      Level II-III
