Swim Starters (Levels A & B) Recommended for: 6 months-3 years
Accompanied by a parent, infants and toddlers learn to be comfortable in the water and develop swim readiness skills through fun and confidence-building experiences, while parents learn about water safety, drowning prevention, and the importance of supervision. One parent per child must be in the pool for each lesson.

Swim Basics (Levels1, 2, 3) Recommended for: 3 years-Kindergarten
Develops personal water safety and basic swimming skills in students of all ages. The Swim basics program includes three stages for preschoolers: Stage 1 Water Acclimation, Stage 2 Water Movement, and Stage 3 Water Stamina.  A parent must be in the pool area for all lessons involving children age 6 years & younger.

Swim Strokes (Levels 4, 5, 6) Recommended for: 1st grade-12 years
Having mastered the fundamentals, students learn additional water safety skills and build stroke technique, developing skills that prevent chronic disease, increase social-emotional and cognitive well-being, and foster a lifetime of physical activity. Stage 4 Stroke Introduction, Stage 5 Stroke Development, and Stage 6 Stroke Mechanics. A parent must be in the pool area for all lessons involving children age 6 years & younger.
